Breakfast
A hearty meal for a good start to your day: in our breakfast room you will find a carefully prepared and delicious breakfast waiting for you. In the warm season, you can enjoy your breakfast sitting right next to our aromatic herb garden. If you prefer to only have fresh bread, that can be arranged too!
From farm to fork
Nestled among herbs and flowers, apple orchards, vineyards and olive groves, our apartments are also a starting point for a discovery tour of our surroundings. Step out of the terrace door and explore our gardens where fruit, vegetables, herbs, flowers and all kinds of berries and shrubs grow. You can sniff, taste and enjoy to your heart’s content, or simply find a quiet spot and take a break from everyday life. Rest, recharge and let your thoughts wander free.Our products:

Swimming pool and playground
Lots of fun for the children and the young at heart, but also a great place for relaxing! Our pool with its fresh water is a real boon during the hot summer days. It’s modern, stylish and, more importantly, eco-friendly. While you put your feet up by the pool side, your children can run riot in the water… or make new friends in our playground. There are swings, a sandpit, a slide, a rocking horse and even a colourful playhouse!
Farm life
A holiday at Füchslhof is a great opportunity to be at one with nature and observe it from up close. See how apple orchards change over the months, from the time of pruning in winter to the harvesting in summer and autumn – different times for different varieties. Life in the vineyard is also busy: from pruning, soil cultivation and budding to harvesting and processing, there is always plenty to do for farmer Michael and his parents, who are still actively involved in the farm work. The charming hostess Judith is in charge of the social side of life here at Füchslhof, while Greta Marie (8), Theresa (5) and Josefin (3) are always around. As you would expect, for them life on the farm is first and foremost a huge adventure!Under the expert guidance of your hosts, a farm tour will offer you unique insights into life on a South Tyrolean farm.
