Our apartments

Our large apartments consist of a living room with a modern kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. A big favourite among our guests is the Zirmstübele, a modern take on the traditional Tyrolean parlour. It is made of stone pine wood and can also double as children’s room. Each of our apartments has its own terrace with garden access.

About money...

Rates are per day per apartment based on 2-person occupancy and a minimum stay of 5 nights.
The rates for every extra guest are € 16 - € 22 per night.
Shorter stays are allowed by prior arrangement. A one-off flat rate is charged based on the season.
Rates do not include the local tourist tax, which amounts to € 1.75 per person per day (aged 14 years and over) and needs to be paid separately on site.

Other:

Breakfast: For breakfast we charge 22 €. Children under 3 years pay nothing, children from 3-5,99 years pay 12 €, children from 6 - 13,99 years pay 14 €. We kindly ask you to book breakfast in advance.

Pets are not allowed.
We are a smoke-free holiday home.

An indulgent breakfast with farm produce and local delicacies

At breakfast, we are happy to pamper guests with fresh farm products such as fresh fruit, nuts, fruit and herbal spreads, apple juice, syrups, dried fruit, herbal teas and home-made cakes, as well as other locally sourced products such as milk, yoghurt, eggs, butter, cheese and cereals. There’s also coffee, of course – prepared in the way you like it. The supplement for breakfast is € 20. Children under 3 years pay nothing, children up to 12 years pay 12 €. We kindly ask our guests to book their breakfast in advance.

Booking and deposit

Please note that your booking is only confirmed and binding when we receive a 30% deposit and send you our booking confirmation. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is not refunded.

Arrival and departure

The apartments are at your disposal from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you will be arriving after 6.00 p.m., please inform us by phone. Arrivals and departures preferably on Saturdays. Unfortunately, Füchslhof cannot accommodate pets. The whole farm is a non-smoking facility.

Cancellation policy (pursuant to art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code)

Although the Italian Consumer Protection Code does not provide for the right of cancellation, we allow cancellations under the following conditions:

For cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival, deposit is withheld but no cancellation fees apply.
From 29 to 15 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booking price.
For cancellations made in the last two weeks before arrival, we charge 100% of the booking price.
Please be aware that no-shows are charged in full.
The full booking price is charged also in the event of early departure.

Special for Covid…
If your arrival is not possible due to verifiable Covid regulations (travel ban, lockdown or illness on Covid), you can cancel your holiday free of charge up to the day of arrival. The deposit already paid will be credited to your next stay within one year.

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend that you take out the Red Rooster cancellation policy at the time of booking. This will spare you unpleasant cancellation fees and allow you to plan ahead with a light heart. For more information about the travel cancellation insurance, please click here..

MeranCard

The MeranCard is issued by us at your arrival and is valid for the entire stay. It includes a variety of services:

Use of all public transportation throughout South Tyrol
Rides on public cable cars in South Tyrol, which include the cable cars to Renon/Ritten, San Genesio/Jenesien, Maranza/Meransen, Meltina/Mölten, Colle/Kohlern and Verano/Vöran as well as the the narrow-gauge railway on the Ritten Mountain and the cable railway up to the Mendel Mountain. Private cable cars are not included.
